AI in Teaching & Learning
October 23, 2026 @ 12:00 am
Dear Colleagues, We're bringing together the 7C community for a conversation about artificial intelligence in teaching, learning, and research. If you've been thinking about how AI fits into your work — whether you're already experimenting with it, skeptical of the hype, or trying to figure out where to start — this is the event to mark your calendar for. When: Friday, October 23, 2026 (one day) Who: Free for all 7C faculty, staff, and students What: Keynote talks from Dr. Fred Oswald (UC Irvine) and Dr. Scott Emett (Arizona State University), panel discussions, and time to connect with colleagues across disciplines working on these questions. Registration and faculty submissions open in August. If you're interested in presenting a talk or panel session about your own work with AI, we want to hear from you. Not sure yet? That's fine; just save the date and check back when registration opens!
